It is the policy of the library to provide a safe and appropriate environment,
both within the library and on librai·y grounds, to facilitate the public's use of the library's services and resources.
Patrons shall not loiter in the library's parking areas or grounds. For the
purposes of this policy, loitering means staying in such an area for a
prolonged period of time while not engaged in library activities.
Persons violating this policy will be asked to leave, and if they refuse to
leave the police will be called.
